Fun at the Pumpkin Patch

Yesterday, despite waking up to a chilly 29 degrees, we went to Pleasant Valley Fall Harvest with Matt's sister, brother-in-law and our niece Olivia. Once the wind died down a little bit and the sun actually came out it turned out to be a pretty decent day. They have SO much stuff to do there, you could stay for an entire day and not get bored. We went on a hayride, fed the animals at the petting zoo, played on the huge playground, drank hot cocoa and apple cider, ran through the corn maze, sat on a tractor, wooden horse, and train, jumped in the bouncy castle, crawled through tunnels under bails of hay, played in the sand, rose tricycles around a big track and of course picked out all of our pumpkins. (See, I told you there was a lot to do there!) :) We had so much fun I wish we could find another day before Halloween to go back and do it all over again.
