No! Even though the thought sounds fabulous I would be bored out of my mind, I have to have people around. Besides I can't leave my family for more than a day without missing them like crazy!

3. Why did you start blogging/following blogs?
I started blogging because I was a horrible mother and couldn't keep up with baby books so I thought maybe blogging would work and what do ya know, it did! So it is to record my kids lives and share them with family. Huge bonus...along the way I have met some other mommy bloggers who are now great friends!

4. Where do you shop for yourself?
Shop? For myself? That's laughable really....it's been awhile.
When I do get the chance I get my jeans from American Eagle because they fit perfect and I love them. And probably most of the rest from Kohl's.

I'm like you I can't leave my family and if I do I always feel guilty. However I am beginning to feel like I could get away for a couple of days right about now :)
2 made me laugh really hard. Just the other day I was trying to hurry and get some where before Hope fell asleep. A cop drove up beside me (going 80 in a 55) and rode with me for the next 5 miles. Oops. At least I didn't get a ticket!

Love your speed limit answer. My dad used to say that all the time. My daughter used to say, "Grampa, the speed limit is 45!" and he'd always say, "Bridgette - I'm going at least that fast, don't worry!"
I don't think I could vacation alone either. I can go for a couple of days without my kids but a week away is pushing it for this mamma!

I would soooo vaca alone! I had to go away on a business trip for 6 weeks last year. The first week was spent (while not at work) catching up on movies, or shopping, or sitting on the beach, or making new hotel friends at the bar downstairs. Awesome. But after about a week it kinda got old and I wanted my punky kids back. Good while it lasted!
