Five Question Friday

Friday again already, woohoo! That means time for some Five Question Friday. Check out my lovely friend Mama M's blog for the details and join in the fun!

Would you ever vacation alone?
Even though the thought sounds fabulous I would be bored out of my mind, I have to have people around. Besides I can't leave my family for more than a day without missing them like crazy!

2. Do you go the speed limit?
At least.

3. Why did you start blogging/following blogs?
I started blogging because I was a horrible mother and couldn't keep up with baby books so I thought maybe blogging would work and what do ya know, it did! So it is to record my kids lives and share them with family. Huge bonus...along the way I have met some other mommy bloggers who are now great friends!

4. Where do you shop for yourself?
Shop? For myself? That's laughable's been awhile.
When I do get the chance I get my jeans from American Eagle because they fit perfect and I love them. And probably most of the rest from Kohl's.

5. What was the song that you danced your first dance with your spouse to at your wedding...or...what song would you like your first dance to be to?
It's Your Love by Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.
I just watched the video and it totally made me cry, man I love my man!!

1. Heck ya I would vacation alone...but I would get stir crazy fast. Maybe a day at the spa instead.

2.Sometimes my foot gets a little heavy
3. I actually started my in 2007 and posted ONE entry and then 2 years later, I met my cousin's wife who blogs regularly and well the rest for me was blogging history.
4. I would say Target or Kohl's
5. I Cross My Heart by George Strait

I wouldn't be able to vacation alone either. I would go crazy not having anyone to talk to.
I get a lot of clothes from Kohls also.

You sure seems like "we bloggers" have some pretty darn amazing men!

Thought...we should vacation...a big bloggy girl's weekend away, somewhere warm and tropical and fun!

All of the @imaginaryfriends could meet in one spot?1

Wouldn't that be great?!!!

Thanks for calling me your lovely friend, lovely friend! Soooo looking forward to our "re-do"!!

I love this. I'm going to join in next Friday!!!

I'm like you I can't leave my family and if I do I always feel guilty. However I am beginning to feel like I could get away for a couple of days right about now :)

2 made me laugh really hard. Just the other day I was trying to hurry and get some where before Hope fell asleep. A cop drove up beside me (going 80 in a 55) and rode with me for the next 5 miles. Oops. At least I didn't get a ticket!

I love that you are so family oriented. So many bloggers seem to be so in love with their hubbies. I love that! (Me, too!)

Love your speed limit answer. My dad used to say that all the time. My daughter used to say, "Grampa, the speed limit is 45!" and he'd always say, "Bridgette - I'm going at least that fast, don't worry!"

I don't think I could vacation alone either. I can go for a couple of days without my kids but a week away is pushing it for this mamma!

Yes I agree, vacationing alone would be very boring!
Great wedding song!

I would soooo vaca alone! I had to go away on a business trip for 6 weeks last year. The first week was spent (while not at work) catching up on movies, or shopping, or sitting on the beach, or making new hotel friends at the bar downstairs. Awesome. But after about a week it kinda got old and I wanted my punky kids back. Good while it lasted!

Kohls? People tell me they find stuff there but their clothing deals elude me.
I like Tim McGraw and Faith Hill.
My husband and I danced our official first dance to "I Wanna Grow Old With You" by Adam Sandler. :)
