The next award is the Fabulous Sugar Doll Blogger Award....doesn't that just sound great!? I got this one from Ladybug Mama over at Ladybug Mama of 2. Check out her blog... she has 2 beautiful little girls, lots of giveaways and is just plain cool. Thanks Mama!
The rules of this award are pretty simple. I have to list 10 interesting facts about myself. And pass the award on to 5 lovely bloggers.
1. I use fabric softener and dryer sheets
2. I am a certified scuba diver (even though I haven't dove in many years.)
3. I have had my gull bladder taken out.
4. I sprained my ankle in cooking class (don't ask.)
5. I used to love scary movies before I had kids.
6. I wear a size 10 shoe.
7. I want to be a L&D nurse (I just don't want to go to school again.)
8. I actually like doing dishes by hand.
9. I have scoliosis. (crooked spine)
10. I bleached my hair for like 5 years before going back to my natural color, strawberry blond.
Okay, this time I am going to pass it on. And here are the girls...
1. Jen at Our Daily Lifex4
2. Bethany at Crazy Days...Sleepless Nights
3. Shannon at Discovering Wildlife
4. Tyler at Just Another Day in OUR Paradise
5. Tina at My Priceless Fishers
So if you follow me on Twitter you know I complain about hunting a lot (sorry about that!) That's because Matt has been gone the last 2 weekends trying to "slay the big buck!" I am relieved that we don't have to worry about where to put a head mount sad to report that the hubster did not catch (shoot, find, kill???) anything. But don't worry about us, the group got several deer so we will have loads of venison around here. Yay, huh? Actually I like the steaks and summer sausage, but the hamburger...no way, gross. Are there other deer eating girls out there?
Look, Braden even wore his camo pants to help send Daddy some good vibes. I know I am partial, but my boys are so cute.
And I will leave you with a picture of my tough guy and sweetie. They crack this Mama up!
Oh yeah, also for all the people that asked...YES take the ABC's and do it yourself! In fact I took it from several other blogs, so keep it going. I love reading those kinds of things and finding out more about people! Fun stuff. :)

Deeer eatin' girl, huh? Me too. Although I do find it rather "gamey" if you know what I mean. I grew up eating it after we butchered it ourselves. I still have the scars. :) After not eating it for several years I found it hard to get back into eating it. Doug got a doe and gave it to my parents. I loved that you said catch a deer. I laugh so hard when my kids say that. It's like they don't want to admit what Daddy's really doing!
Great pictures of the kids. Braden looks so grown up in the bottom one. Does Alexa sleep with a crown beside her in case she needs to wake and tend to royal duties? That girl cracks me up.
Thanks for nominating me. You're such a sweet lady. Have a great day. I'm off to pie bake with Doug's grandparents. YUM!
My hubby would love to go hunting but can' find the time ..thank goodness:)
You have a very cute family!
Thanks for visiting my blog!
Ahhh, the good ole' hunting season...so fun....haha. It is always fun when you get to see everything about the deer carcass after they kill(is that just in my family????). Thanks for the nice comment you left on my blog! I love yours-I am going to start reading it, it is too cute! Your kids are so cute-I love the pictures! Look forward to becoming blogging buddies! :)
Love those pictures of Braden with Daddy...
And I love your awards! Well deserved!

Amanda
I have always wanted to be a l&d nurse!!! SOMEDAY! What an awesome job that would be though.. i just dont want to go through all the schooling and clinicalc work.. been there done that... ewww.. I have become so anti germ after finding out way to much info in class..
I would love to be a L&D nurse as well... I saw my best friend go through the school part and I just dont know if I can do it! Thanks so much for the award girl.. I will get it up this weekend along with my ABC's :) Thanks letting us borrow that!
Have a good Thursday
Ok, seriously? We must be related! My hubby spends every weekend possible hunting. He becomes a man possessed. Only, last year, when he brought home his buck it came with the news that he wanted to try butchering it AT HOME. Translation: He would skin it; I would do the rest. And oh, how my back ached the next day. And my arms. Don't forget the legs! The standing, bending, twisting! Who knew it would be such a huge job?
Me. Thats who. I knew what it was gonna take. He didn't. He just left it all up to me. As usual.
Enjoy the deer this year!
First I love all the new pictures on your blog. super cute. The collage of your boys is just precious. YOur family is adorable. I can't believe you used to bleach that gorgeous hair...show us a picture.

I know nothing about hunting and I must admit I'm grateful having just read through these comments.
I also have an adoration of hand washing dishes.
Thanks for the love girlfriend! Love your blog!!
Cool, a fellow size 10 shoe wearer. BTY, everytime I go shoe shopping, they NEVER have my size!
Cute pics, your family is beautiful.
thanks so much for the award! You are too kind, thanks. I love the new pictures. So cool your a certified scuba instructor! I LOVE fabric softener...I like to use dryer sheets and fabric softener. My hubby was at a grass fire once, and after they got it out, someone commented it smelled like fabric softener...then the fireman standing next to John, said he was the fabric softener they smelled, he has asked that I only use one or the other on his fire tee shirts.
Oh a girl by my own heart...I use fabric softener and dryer sheets too!!!! Have to have them both!
The kids are just so adorable!!! And congrats on the awards!!!
