Hanging Out With Cousins

My Wordless Wednesday last week was Alexa feeding my sweet little nephew. Nope, it wasn't Braden. The giveaway was the bottle. My adorably stubborn little man would never take one. When we thought I was going to go back to work when he was 3 months old we would go a whole day trying to give him a bottle and he just wouldn't eat. All.Day.Long. I guess it was a good thing I didn't end up going back! Anyway, here are a few more pictures from that day. My mom and I got a feel for what it would be like to have 4 kids ages 3 and under. Crazy...that's what it was. But we had a blast hanging out with my niece and nephew for the day at my Mom's house.

I don't think it's possible to get a decent picture of four little kids, but it was fun trying.

Look at those eyes, what a handsome little peanut he is.

Braden took the chance to tell his little buddy all about balls.

And this is how the bottle session ended.
Hard work. :)

I love those candid shots! Cute kiddos, how fun that you live close enough to each other to have these play dates and that they can grow up together. I bet you and your mom were tired after a day of 4 kids that close in age!

(Yeah that above deleted post was mine, I posted it under my OLD blog name)

Love it! I was lucky with my punks, they pretty much rejected the boob by the time a typical maternity leave would be ending. Not that I worked then, and um.... No, I guess it didn't hurt my feelings. Rejection is like salt sprinkled on deviled eggs. Just delish. Stinky punks.

What a beautiful extended family. I'm sure your kids are going to have such fond memories of growing up and playing with their cousins - isn't that grand? It's nice when they live close enough to do that! What a blessing!

Cute! I didn't think that looked right to be Braden, but wasn't sure. :)
Isn't having cousins close for your kids the best. I love that My kids have a ton of cousins all around them. I was hoping somebody would have one close to Breeley. :(

It is very hard to get a good shot of even ONE kid, let alone four! They are all beautiful and you did a fabulous job.

He is a cutie. That's crazy how Braden didn't want a bottle, but I guess it was a good thing in away.
