Outtakes

Anyone have any secrets on how to get a good picture with little kids?
I sure don't know!
It was fun trying though...

The pictures are still really cute! I love the first one of the kids and Daddy. I swear, one of mine is always working so hard on getting someone else to do the right thing. One day, maybe, they will smile and look. Maybe. :)

I think the secret is photoshop photomerge! Ha ha...I've never figured out how to use it though. But you got some great shots. I love the second one and the last one. Your family is so beautiful. You are truly blessed!

I heard for babies/ maybe toddlers that you put tape in there hands and put there hands together then they dont figet there hands.. as soon as you get the tape on the grab there attention and there you have a perfect pose!

I do! I do! You have to have a "jumper" behind the camera person. This worked for my brother's family when his two little boys just weren't into the whole family picture thing. I started ducking and jumping up and making faces at them from behind the camera man. They ended up with some genuinely delighted faces.

Either tell them that Elmo or Cinderella are inside your camera lens and have them try to sit real still so they can see him/her. Or my fav trick is to have the self inflatable whoopie cushion ready and available. Who doesn't look, smile and even giggle when they hear an unexpected toot!!! Good luck but I think you got some pretty good ones with your strategy :)

Oh do these pictures bring back memories for me! Went through the same thing so many times. Now that my kids are older, they're still acting up sometimes. I just put the picture where I look the best in a frame and when they're old enough to complain I'll tell them what a handful they were trying to get them to look like they enjoyed taking pictures with me. The best revenge.

I do love these pictures! They look so happy!

Kids are so hard to take pictures of! You just have to be patient and take lots nad lots and lots of shots. But these are all adorable. I love silly looks and cheesy smiles!

my tip - take LOTS of pictures. for every 1 good picture, I've probably taken 30 pictures.
