Yay for the weekend!! It has been forever since I have done a Five Question Friday so I thought I would play along today. The kids are napping and I need something to do to avoid any type of housework. :) If you want to join in, check out Mama M's blog!

Ohhh, that's a hard one. There's not really anyone that looks like me so I guess I just get to pick whoever I want, right? Right! So I am going to go with Kate Winslet. I love her and her movies, she is awesome, so down to earth and totally beautiful! (Have you seen The Life of David Gale? It's a must see!)
2. Did you ever go to summer camp?
No. At least I don't think I did. I would probably remember something like that though so I am going to stick with, no.
3. What sends you running and screaming in the other direction?
Snakes!! Oh my gosh, I HATE them. HATE! (And I try not use that word very often.) I used to be a spaz about all kinds of bugs and creepy crawly things but I have gotten really brave in my old age. I kid you not, I will even kill spiders. Yup, that's right, with these hands. Well, these hands with about 5 Kleenexes, just in case. Anyway, snakes still freak me out, I'm sure they always will. I also plan on doing my best to make Braden afraid of them so he isn't one of those boys that brings them home for me to see. YUCK!
4. What is something you do that drives your spouse nuts?
Gasp! What!? Nothing, I'm sure!

5. What is currently your favorite song?
I guess I don't really have a favorite. I love anything catchy and that's good to rock out in my kitchen with the kids. Alexa has been a big fan of the Black Eyed Peas and Lady Gaga lately...she's likes to shake her booty too. :)

I get so antsy in the car when my husband is driving that I now drive 90% of the time just so I can relax. And that way I can't be accused of backseat driving :D

me too on the snakes. Cracking up that you gasped at something that drives your spouse crazy. LOL My hubs hates when I drive from other places in the car too. :)

I'm with you on hating snakes but I am more of a snake killer than a runner. I can often be seen chasing a snake across my yard with a shovel. Once I even caught one with my hedge clippers. Surprisingly it's head didn't get chopped off so I was stuck with a live snake in my clippers. Luckily my neighbor was outside and he came over, grabbed it by the tail and then whipped it like a whip, which ended up killing it. Thank goodness he was outside!!!
I am with you on the snakes!!!! Oh, and back when we were younger, John would speed, not a lot, but some...and I used to fake sleep in the car so I wouldn't do any "back seat driving." Have a GREAT weekend!!!!

You ASKED your hubby what drives him nuts? oooo-brave woman. I just go along with the same-old and not open that can of worms. I prefer to be in the dark on that one. ha! (Probably because there is not much...yeah...probably that...)
I love that you list Alexa's favorite song easily, before you can name your own - the true sign of a good mom who carts her kids around a lot in the car. lol

I often tell my husband "Watch that car!" and he'll reply "I see it." and I say "Well, do something about it. Don't just watch us have an accident..." *sigh* What can ya do? The one time I didn't say something... we were hit and run.
I'm a backseat driver too! Andy hates it.

Aidyn's already freaked out about snakes so I think I'll be good in that department. I would run if ever brought one home for me. Gross.
